About The Position

Buric Heating & Air Conditioning has proudly served homeowners throughout Ellicott City and surrounding areas since 2000. We are committed to honest work, quality service, and treating both our customers and employees like family. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential heating and cooling systems. This position primarily handles residential service calls while also assisting with maintenance and installations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass random drug testing
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Install heating and cooling equipment as needed
• Perform system inspections and safety testing
• Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns
• Re-check repairs and installations before leaving the job site
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization
• Follow company safety standards and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
