This role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment, identifying maintenance risks, diagnosing faults, performing warranty services, and conducting emergency repairs while adhering to service standards and customer needs. Requirements
- 5+ year experience as an HVAC technician.
- Valid driver’s license, with good driving record.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Physically able to work on HVAC units.
- Ability to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role.
- This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' needs.
