About The Position

Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning, the oldest HVAC company in Atlanta serving the area since 1898, is now part of the Ace Hardware Home Services family. We continue to provide exceptional HVAC and plumbing services with the resources of Ace Hardware. This role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment, identifying maintenance risks, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with service standards.

Requirements

5+ year experience as an HVAC technician.
Valid driver’s license, with good driving record.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role.
This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' needs.
