About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician (service-focused)
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Clean, code-minded workmanship
• Professional communication
• Solid customer service instincts
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable attendance

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Perform service and repair work
• Document findings
• Communicate timelines and pricing with customers
• Check route and prepare for the day
• Meet homeowners and explain findings in plain English
• Maintain organized notes
• Regroup, restock, and reset between calls
• Complete paperwork and plan for the next day
