About The Position
Our team is growing! Are we right for you? HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities: Residential / Light Commercial Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services. Troubleshooting HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses. Performing preventative maintenance by cleaning coils and air handling units, and monitoring and calibrating air handling units. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Keeping daily logs and records of calls using our dispatch program and iPad. Maintaining service truck (Take home truck) Get dispatched from your house no need to come to shop every day, unless load up is needed Positive attitude, clean and neat personal presentation. Exceptional customer service skills Teamwork is essential to the fabric of our company; possible teamwork responsibilities include: Teaching other team members Learning new skills every day enthusiastically Participation in team meetings and trainings We place an emphasis on an enjoyable and friendly work atmosphere and value respect, professionalism, and smart tradecraft.
