Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Experience working on AC systems, furnaces, and boilers
- A customer-first attitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- A desire to continue learning and growing
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- ServiceTitan experience
Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance on air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers
- Troubleshoot equipment and recommend the best solutions
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
- Complete service documentation in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Follow safety standards and company best practices
