HVAC Service Technician
About The Position

Our successful HVAC Service Technicians in Phoenix make between $45K and over $250K per year. Your day will involve starting in a fully stocked take-home van, visiting residential customers, diagnosing issues, and delivering repairs. You will also explain maintenance and upgrade options, perform system checks (refrigerant, electrical, airflow), and install energy-efficiency upgrades like smart thermostats. The goal is to solve problems that truly matter to families.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Certified (Type II or Universal)
- Customer-focused and professional in appearance, communication, and punctuality
- Able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle fluctuating temperatures
- A safe driver with a valid license and clean record
- Ready to grow your skills through ongoing technical training and teamwork
