Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC/R troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building comfort, and energy efficiency principles.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to perform repairs, lift heavy equipment, and work in various environments.
EPA 608 Certification

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.
Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and recommendations.
Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry-standard timeframes, adhering to pricing guides.
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon job completion by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management guidelines.
Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain and manage truck inventory to ensure availability of necessary parts and tools.
