Requirements
- Experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues.
- Clearly explain repair options and maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
