Hendersonville Heating and Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team. We are a local company focused on taking care of homeowners in our community with honest, reliable HVAC service. This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants steady residential work without overnight travel, long drives, or on-call requirements.
Requirements
- Residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to service and repair common residential HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Professional appearance and attitude
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues, repair options, and recommendations
- Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized service van
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and local codes
- Provide excellent customer service on every call
