Experienced HVAC service technician
About The Position
Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking experienced residential HVAC service technicians. We are a growing company serving Lorain & Cuyahoga Counties, offering year-round work and career progression paths. Our owner and managers have extensive field experience and prioritize employee well-being, followed by customer satisfaction and then company success. We offer continuous training, including in-house sessions 2-3 times per week, to keep technicians updated on industry advancements. We provide flexible scheduling options, including 4-10 hour shifts (permanent and rotating) and standard 5-day work weeks, with limited on-call duties (1-2 days per month).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
