Requirements

Must have an EPA License
TDLR License (preferred)
Minimum 1+ years as a HVAC Service Technician
Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve HVAC system issues
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
Engage with customer/client to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
Educate customers on system care, offering recommendations for improving performance and preventing future issues
