Requirements

  • Must have an EPA License
  • TDLR License (preferred)
  • Minimum 1+ years as a HVAC Service Technician
  • Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
  • Physical dexterity

Nice To Haves

  • TDLR License (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve HVAC system issues
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
  • Engage with customer/client to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
  • Educate customers on system care, offering recommendations for improving performance and preventing future issues
