About The Position

As a Service Technician, you ensure our customers stay comfortable by thoroughly inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems. You also provide honest recommendations for new equipment and indoor air quality solutions when needed.

Requirements

  • 2-7 years of experience working with an HVAC contractor
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Clean background check and driving record
  • Owns personal hand tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to regularly lift, carry, push, pull and or move, equipment, and materials of 50+ pounds
  • Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
  • Able to bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods during installation, maintenance, repairs and other tasks as needed
  • Able to operate power tools and handle potentially hazardous chemicals and materials safely
  • Able to drive in various conditions, including inclement weather (e.g., rain, snow, ice), and during early mornings or late evenings, to reach job sites across different locations

Responsibilities

  • Representing Logan Services in a profession and positive manner at all times
  • Maintaining productivity that is profitable according to Service Department standards
  • Handling cash, checks, and/or customer credit card information
  • Participating in the On-Call Rotation
  • Following Logan Services’ process and procedures
  • Informing management of any issues in the field
  • Maintaining a clean background check and driving record
  • Performing all other duties as assigned
