Requirements

3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

EPA certification is a plus
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
Boiler experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately (furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation and thermostats).
Educate homeowners on system operation, recommended repairs and maintenance options.
Proactively recommend upgrades, preventative services, or improvements such as air quality systems.
Perform thorough whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit).
Prepare accurate service quotes and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan).
Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to improve customer communication and technical expertise.
