HVAC Service Technician
About The Position
We are a legacy HVAC contractor looking to replace a key role on our service team. We have been in business for 58 years by treating our team and our customers like family. We believe in setting our technicians up for success from day one. Your First 90 Days: Days 1 to 30: You will complete onboarding, learn our service software, ride along with experienced technicians, and begin handling basic service calls. Days 31 to 60: You will build independence by completing routine maintenance, managing your truck inventory, and communicating professionally with customers. Days 61 to 90: You will independently handle most residential service calls, hit productivity expectations, and identify opportunities for maintenance agreements.
Requirements
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
- Exceptional customer service skills
- EPA and Universal certifications
- 5 years of experience
- A clean criminal history and driving record
