Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to and from our Production Service Center in Gastonia
- Ability to work at heights (ladders, rooftops, lifts)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
- Safety-minded (steel/composite toe boots required)
- Strong work ethic and a team-first mentality
- No experience required — just the right attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems (filters, coils, belts, etc.)
- Work alongside experienced technicians to learn troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Support with larger or more complex repairs that require a team effort
