About The Position

With over 45 years of experience since 1975, ARS offers HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions. We are seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians can expect a 4-day work week with 3 days off, hourly pay plus commission potential, and year-round full-time work. High performers have the opportunity to earn over $100k per year. We offer paid orientation, paid training, and weekly direct deposit payroll. There is no overnight work, and flexible shift schedules are available at most locations. You will receive a fully stocked, take-home company vehicle and gas card, a professional uniform with cleaning service, and comprehensive training opportunities from our in-house Learning & Development team. Requirements

At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
