They are seeking an HVAC Sales Consultant in Lexington, KY. This is a full-time, year-round position with warm leads provided, meaning no cold-calling or canvassing is required. The role offers an uncapped commission structure with weekly settlements and a take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop provided. Requirements

• Prior residential in-home sales experience
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred
• HVAC knowledge preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.
• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
• Build relationships, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Present financing and promotional options to close deals efficiently.
