About The Position

The HVAC Service Tech Level 3 diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and associated controls. The role also performs preventive maintenance and system inspections, documents service work and recommendations, communicates with customers and service leadership, and supports installation, retrofit, and small project work as needed. The position requires maintaining a company vehicle, tools, and equipment and following company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read technical documents and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC service, preferably with commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and associated controls.
