Requirements
- Valid HVAC technician license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in HVAC service and sales, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Prepare and present detailed service and sales proposals to potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and sales transactions.
- Promote energy-efficient solutions and upsell additional services to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
