We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service & Sales Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while solving complex comfort challenges. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, but also understands how to educate homeowners on solutions—including Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products—that improve their comfort, health, and efficiency. Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and build trust
  • Experience or strong interest in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products and solutions
  • Sales mindset with a focus on solving problems—not pushing products
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Present repair and replacement options clearly, helping customers make informed decisions
  • Educate customers on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions such as air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and filtration systems
  • Deliver a high-level customer experience on every call—professional, respectful, and solution-oriented
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and overall comfort
  • Maintain accurate service records, estimates, and invoices
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on HVAC technology and IAQ advancements
  • Work collaboratively with dispatch, install teams, and leadership
