We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who enjoys selling, has strong interpersonal skills, is independent, resilient and detail oriented. The primary role of this position is selling both Service small project work and Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) for our HVAC product line to customers in our North Central region. This is an opportunity to showcase your persuasion and negotiation skills as you introduce a customer to Ahern’s portfolio of service and construction offerings. This position is responsible to establish contact with potential customers by scheduling calls and following up on leads while closing sufficient sales and effectively utilizing internal resources to execute service work while growing the HVAC business in our North Central region. You will demonstrate your ability to anticipate customers’ needs and develop a sales strategy to meet their expectations while developing and maintaining a positive ongoing customer relationship.
