Responsibilities

• Optimize service operations, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Train and develop service technicians to unleash their full potential and become true HVAC superheroes.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager to streamline service scheduling and dispatch the right technicians to save the day.
• Meticulously review invoices with your eagle eyes, ensuring accuracy and spotting any anomalies.
• Oversee payroll with precision and keep a watchful eye on technician profitability.
• Efficiently handle warranty and call back invoices, swiftly resolving any issues that arise.
• Use your genius to set service inventory policies and ensure our inventory is always stocked to handle any challenge.
• Generate revenue by securing work and building strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Provide field support to our technicians, jumping in like a superhero when they need an extra hand.
• Ensure our service vehicles are clean, fully stocked, and always ready for action, just like a superhero's trusty vehicle.
• Drive sales of maintenance contracts, offering customers the opportunity to be the heroes of their own HVAC story.
• Maintain an up-to-date and organized price book, ensuring our pricing is clear, transparent, and competitive.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for our technicians, empowering them with the skills they need to shine.
• Implement effective processes and procedures to streamline our operations and ensure efficiency.
