Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license a MUST.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve revenue, efficiency, and customer service goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan and Nexstar preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential environments.
  • 5 plus years of relevant trade experience.
  • HVAC Service experience is a strong plus and highly valued for this role.

  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software a PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Driving team performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and coaching technicians to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Daily Operations: Managing schedules, inspecting vehicles and uniforms, and resolving employee or customer concerns promptly.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Responding to customer complaints professionally to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluating and enhancing service methods to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills and certifications.
  • Direct and monitor service tasks, ensuring objectives and sales goals are met.
  • Manage administrative tasks like invoicing, new orders, and inventory tracking.
  • Audit technician work and customer service to maintain the highest standards.
  • Resolve recurring issues and develop solutions to improve operations.
  • Train new employees in company procedures and safety standards.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, tools, and techniques to ensure compliance and innovation
