About The Position

The Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department. Ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations. Your role involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all service calls are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for monitoring job performance and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record
  • Pre-employment background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen
  • 5+ years HVAC service experience
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and People Skills
