About The Position

Fix It 24/7 is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and grow our residential HVAC service department in Charleston, South Carolina. This is not a maintenance management role—we are looking for a leader who knows how to build a winning service team, drive revenue, develop technicians, and create an exceptional customer experience. If you have a proven track record of leading high-performing HVAC teams, coaching technicians to maximize opportunities, and delivering strong financial results, we want to talk with you.

Requirements

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
3+ years of experience managing or supervising an HVAC service team
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, diagnostics, repairs, and customer service
Proven ability to drive revenue and improve technician performance
Experience coaching technicians on customer communication, solution-based selling, and service excellence
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Experience with Service Titan is preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC service technicians
Drive revenue growth through technician training, accountability, and performance management
Monitor key performance indicators including average ticket, conversion rates, maintenance agreements, and overall department profitability
Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching sessions to improve technician performance
Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top HVAC talent
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and service quality
Collaborate with operations leadership to achieve company goals and growth initiatives
Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results
