Requirements
- 3+ Years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support fellow technicians
- Ability to work overtime when needed to meet customer needs
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing residential preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, components, and electrical controls
- Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and reliability
- Maintaining company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
- Accurately documenting service calls and completed work
- Educating customers and addressing questions or concerns professionally
- Delivering outstanding customer service on every call
