About The Position

AdvantaServ is a locally owned and operated company providing residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services. We are seeking experienced HVAC professionals, including apprentices and journeymen, who are dependable, take pride in their work, and are looking to grow with a strong local team. This role offers a dynamic mix of installation, service work, troubleshooting, and ductwork, providing an excellent opportunity for skill development in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• HVAC experience required - apprentice level through journeyman considered
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman HVAC License preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• EPA certification preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ServiceTitan experience are pluses

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
• Perform full system installs, retrofits, and change-outs
• Fabricate, install, and modify ductwork systems
• Complete seasonal maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers in their home or business
• Maintain accurate job documentation and work orders
• Work safely, efficiently, and professionally in a variety of environments
