One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Install Manager to lead their growing team in Butler and Bethel Park, PA. Requirements

5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC service and installation operations.
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop technicians.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support residential HVAC Service and Installation teams.
Develop technicians through ride-alongs, training, and ongoing performance coaching.
Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Monitor department KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and an exceptional customer experience.
Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize scheduling and productivity.
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
Address customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues when needed.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.
Help grow the business while maintaining high standards.
