Requirements
- Sales-minded attitude with the ability to build trust and educate customers
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment
- Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, indoor air quality, and replacement opportunities
- Present recommendations and solutions that best fit customer needs and budgets
- Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers
