About The Position
Looking to TRADE UP your career? Mesaba is looking for a talented HVAC Selling tech to join our team! This is a full-time position with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements
- 2-5 Years HVAC sales and service experience
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment in residential settings
- Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
- Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
- Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement – effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment
- Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure Master Services is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed
