About The Position

We currently have openings for a year-round full-time tech and an opening for a summer-only tech (4-5 months). This role focuses on residential and light commercial A/C service and repair. Our compensation plan is highly competitive, offering the potential for a six-figure income. We are not a 24/7 operation and do not work in the dark. Our business hours are half a day on Saturdays and closed on Sundays, with a rotation for Saturday calls. The owner emphasizes that skilled technicians can earn a minimum of $600 daily during the busy season, with averages of $800 and occasional $1200 days. While the business is seasonal, the compensation plan allows for substantial earnings within 4-5 months, enabling technicians to budget for the slower off-season. AC sales are an option with generous commissions on Trane & Rheem equipment.

Requirements

• 4 years of recent/current verifiable residential/light commercial service tech experience is a must.
• Must have 4 years of recent & verifiable residential service tech history.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repair on residential and light commercial A/C systems.
• Rotate Saturday calls.
