What You Will Do: Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems Identify opportunities for system replacements and present solutions to customers Execute on-site sales of new equipment when appropriate Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding job details Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and customer interactions Stay current on industry products, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- 1–5 years of residential HVAC sales and service experience (required)
- HVAC certification or equivalent technical/trade school training
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
