About The Position

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Selling Technician with a proven track record to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our HVAC Selling Technicians are tasked with providing service and repair to equipment and conducting in-home sales consultations to educate customers on our products and services to generate sales. Requirements

  • An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems with at least 5 years of service technician experience.
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth.
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines.
  • Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment.
  • At times, ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with Baker Brothers integrity and customer-care standards.
  • Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales.
  • Perform sales presentations, as outlined in Baker Brothers selling process.
  • Educate potential customers on value: Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products.
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records.
  • Attend appointments with customers as scheduled.
  • Represent Baker Brothers in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.
