Build trust with customers by clearly explaining system performance and repair needs in everyday language Present service options, recommend system upgrades or replacements, and promote add-on products Generate and close in-home sales opportunities for equipment, accessories, and service plans Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, drainage, etc.) Perform system cleanings, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs Maintain compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards Accurately document all work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar field service software

Requirements

  • Proven success in Residential HVAC sales or in-home service recommendations
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • High school diploma or GED; technical training a plus
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a drive to meet performance goals
  • Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)

Responsibilities

  • Build trust with customers by clearly explaining system performance and repair needs in everyday language
  • Present service options, recommend system upgrades or replacements, and promote add-on products
  • Generate and close in-home sales opportunities for equipment, accessories, and service plans
  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, drainage, etc.)
  • Perform system cleanings, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs
  • Maintain compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
  • Accurately document all work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
