JOB SUMMARY This position performs service, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Commission-based pay is negotiable

Requirements

3+ years of successful experience in maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, & selling parts
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
Must display strong communication skills and technical competency
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

NATE certification preferred
Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Responsibilities

Services, maintains, and repairs residential and occasional commercial HVAC systems
Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
