About The Position

Residential HVAC Selling Technician
Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Korte Does it All is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Technician team. HVAC Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus.
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00+/Hour (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Top performers make $55+/hour

Requirements

• 1-5 Years residential HVAC service experience preferred
• HVAC Sales experience and excellent customer service skills
• Valid drivers’ license

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
