Requirements

• Proven success in residential HVAC sales
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to close
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM platforms
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Knowledge of PSEG rebates and financing programs is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs
• Design and present customized HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions
• Educate customers on system options, energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and long-term value
• Prepare professional estimates, proposals, and sales agreements
• Manage leads, appointments, and documentation using ServiceTitan
• Clearly explain PSEG rebates, incentives, and financing options
• Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
