HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or In Home Sales Experience
Sales experience
Basic computer skills and knowledge of applicable software
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Work in tandem with technicians to create solutions for clients.
Use knowledge of heating and cooling systems combined with customer service passion to problem-solve and find the best solutions that fit clients' needs.
Act as an advocate for clients and make sound recommendations as if their homes were their own.
Follow up with clients to ensure they are completely satisfied with their service.
Generate leads and bring in more business through follow-through.
