Requirements

  • Experience in in-home sales, home services, or a related field (5 years preferred)
  • Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowners
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Self-starter who can manage their schedule and follow through on appointments
  • Comfortable working in the field and inside customers’ homes

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs, evaluate existing systems, and recommend the right HVAC solutions
  • Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and job details, ensuring all information is properly documented in the CRM
  • Guide customers through the sales process, building trust and delivering a high-level customer experience
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers from first meeting through installation
  • Manage your sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, estimates, and tracking job progress
  • Coordinate with the install team to ensure clear scope, accurate job details, and a smooth, well-executed project
