About The Position

Be part of an exciting new division with a great opportunity for growth. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales & Business Development Specialist to grow our customer base and strengthen client relationships across commercial and residential markets. This role combines technical HVAC knowledge with strategic sales skills to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close service and installation contracts. The ideal candidate is confident in prospecting, relationship-building, and presenting HVAC solutions that meet customer needs while supporting company growth goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, business development, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and service processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings and technical specifications preferred
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC installation, maintenance, retrofit, and repair services
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, contractors, facility managers, and homeowners
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer HVAC needs
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Stay informed on HVAC industry trends, energy efficiency solutions, and competitor offerings
