About The Position

Our HVAC installers are accountable for the installation of duct work in residential new construction homes and the installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes. They must maintain quality and safety standards on all installations and tasks. The role requires general knowledge of HVAC equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair all issues that may arise during an install. Effective communication with the builder and supervisors about the process of each installation is essential, as is informing and educating all personnel on newly installed equipment. Installers are also responsible for ensuring the company vehicle is kept clean and well maintained. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• 1 year of HVAC residential new construction installer experience
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR report
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Possess the ability to own and use power tools to effectively execute HVAC jobs
• Ability to lift objects safely over 50 pounds, climbing, standing and kneeling
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders per OSHA guidelines
• Ability to wear company approved personal protection equipment per local, state, federal or OSHA regulations
