About The Position

Our HVAC installers are accountable for the installation of duct work and HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes. The role requires maintaining quality and safety standards, troubleshooting and repairing issues during installation, and communicating effectively with builders and supervisors. Installers will also inform and educate personnel on newly installed equipment and ensure company vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained. Other duties as assigned by a supervisor are also part of the role.

Requirements

• 1 year of HVAC residential new construction installer experience
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR report
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Possess the ability to own and use power tools to effectively execute HVAC jobs
• Ability to lift objects safely over 50 pounds, climbing, standing and kneeling
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders per OSHA guidelines
• Ability to wear company approved personal protection equipment per local, state, federal or OSHA regulations
• Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe

• Troubleshoot and repair all issues that may arise during an install
• Communicate effectively with the builder and your supervisors about the process of each installation
• Inform and educate all personnel on newly installed equipment
• Ensure that the company vehicle is kept clean and well maintained
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
