About The Position
Step into a leadership role with Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning of Austin as our next full-time HVAC Retail Service Supervisor. Located in Austin, TX, this opportunity offers a competitive $70,000+ base salary plus incentives, a company vehicle, and the chance to impact both our sales and service teams. This position is entirely onsite, ensuring you are present to lead and support your teams each day. Each day, you will lead and coach the HVAC sales team, driving them to reach and surpass sales targets. You will supervise both installation and service technicians, providing direction and support as they handle daily tasks. When complex service issues or customer concerns arise, you will step in to resolve escalations and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Your technical expertise will be key as you support troubleshooting advanced heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Throughout the day, you will also track and monitor technician KPIs, ensuring high performance across your teams. Your role will be central to the smooth operation and success of both sales and service functions at Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning of Austin.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC industry experience
- Experience leading or coaching teams
- Ability to manage both installation and service technicians
- Strong skills in handling escalations and complex service issues
- Technical knowledge to support troubleshooting advanced HVAC systems
- Experience tracking and interpreting technician KPIs
