About The Position

This is a high-performance sales role designed for closers who know how to win when the opportunity is in front of them. At AllTech Services, our technicians are trusted advisors. They spend their day inside customers' homes diagnosing problems, building relationships, and earning trust. When they identify that a system replacement is the best solution, they don't schedule another appointment and hope the customer waits. They call you. Your mission is to join the conversation live while the technician is still in the customer's home. The technician remains onsite. The customer is engaged. Trust has already been established. Your job is to guide the homeowner through the buying process, present solutions, explain financing options, answer questions, overcome objections, and help them make a confident decision right then and there. This process combines the technician's credibility, the homeowner's immediate need, and your ability to close. This role is perfect for a proven home services sales professional who wants the advantages of closing high-quality opportunities without spending hours driving between appointments. You'll leverage the trust our technicians have already built, focus on what you do best, and play a critical role in helping homeowners move forward with confidence.

Requirements

  • Home services sales experience
  • Successfully sold HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Solar, Water Treatment, Windows, or other in-home service solutions
  • Understand homeowner psychology
  • Understand financing conversations
  • Understand replacement sales
  • Understand value-based selling
  • Understand objection handling
  • Understand urgency without pressure
  • Understand technician-generated opportunities
  • Exceptional sales results elsewhere if never sold in the home services industry

Responsibilities

  • Take live transfer calls from field technicians who have identified qualified replacement opportunities
  • Participate in real-time conversations with technicians and homeowners
  • Present replacement options, financing solutions, warranties, and system recommendations
  • Help customers understand the value behind their investment
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Guide homeowners toward informed buying decisions
  • Collaborate with technicians on equipment sizing, measurements, and replacement recommendations
  • Ensure smooth project handoff and scheduling after the sale
  • Maintain accurate notes and sales activity within company systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and conversion goals
