About The Position

Climate Experts Air and Heat is seeking a professional HVAC Repair Technician to join their team. The technician will be responsible for completing installation and repair jobs sold by service technicians, focusing on executing repairs and installations efficiently, safely, and to company standards, rather than sales. Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• 2+ years experience of residential service (diagnosis and installation of HVAC equipment).
• Follow our tobacco policy.
• Background Check Required.
• Drug Free Workplace.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Cell Phone w/internet connection.
• Friendly and professional.
• Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers as needed.

• Must be able to follow directions from management and work independently.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Completing installation and repair jobs sold by service technicians.
• Executing repairs and installations efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
• Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling.
• Completes appointments in a timely manner.
• Must be able to communicate findings, and necessary repairs to customers.
• Must be able to work independently without much supervision.
