Grow if You Want To. Build a Future. Midway Mechanical Services is building a best-in-class national estimating team and is seeking a high-output Commercial HVAC Remodel Estimator. This role is focused on producing accurate, high-margin estimates across national remodel projects. While there is opportunity to grow into client-facing or sales responsibilities over time, this is not required. National platform supporting major retail clients across the U.S. High-volume pipeline of remodel and RTU work Built for producers — output and margin matter Flexible career path (estimator or sales growth) Entrepreneurial culture focused on ownership and speed Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: ~$60,000 (flexible based on experience) Performance Compensation: ~$20,000+ based on wins and margin Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO Work Environment: Flexible / remote options available What You’ll Do Produce accurate, high-margin commercial HVAC remodel estimates Estimate scopes including duct, grilles, air curtains, RTUs, labor, travel, and materials Perform takeoffs from plans, photos, and surveys Manage bids, vendors, and timelines Identify risks and drive profitability Leverage tools and AI to improve speed and consistency What We’re Looking For HVAC estimating experience (remodels preferred) Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pricing Detail-oriented, high-output, margin-focused mindset Experience with estimating tools (Bluebeam, Excel, etc.) Ability to work independently Career Path Start as a high-output estimator. Over time, you may choose to expand into client interaction or sales, or continue building deep expertise in estimating. Both paths are valued. Requirements

HVAC estimating experience (remodels preferred)
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pricing
Detail-oriented, high-output, margin-focused mindset
Experience with estimating tools (Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work independently
