About The Position

Become a Key Player as a HVAC/Refrigeration Technician. You will service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment to keep facilities operational and safe. You will work independently in the field, communicating directly with customers and collaborating with the team when needed to diagnose, repair, and prevent equipment failures. This role is primarily onsite field work in Los Angeles, CA (local travel to client sites required).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of HVAC/R experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• Commercial or industrial HVAC/R experience
• Electrical/mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read schematics/drawings
• HVAC/R technical schooling or certification

Responsibilities

• Perform service and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment
• Diagnose equipment problems, determine root causes, and complete repairs
• Troubleshoot systems, including larger commercial units (20–40 ton)
• Communicate directly with customers about work performed and review recommended repairs/quotes
• Identify preventative maintenance opportunities and potential equipment issues before they escalate
• Build ongoing relationships with customers and identify additional needed service work
