About The Position

ColdTech Refrigeration, a leading commercial HVAC and refrigeration service provider in the Intermountain West, is expanding in Denver, CO! We’re seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician with a strong background in refrigeration to join our team. We service grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, schools, and warehouses—keeping essential businesses running smoothly.

Requirements

3-4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration service
Experience with small & large self-contained refrigeration systems
EPA Type II license required
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Go-getter attitude, ability to work independently & manage time efficiently
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Restaurant “hot” equipment experience
OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
Troubleshoot & diagnose refrigeration and HVAC issues quickly and efficiently
Install, repair, and maintain restaurant “hot” equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.)
Work independently & with a team to complete service calls on time
Maintain accurate job records – document work performed, parts used, and services provided
Deliver exceptional customer service – educate clients on proper system maintenance
