About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking an HVAC/R Technician III to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of store equipment, including maintaining the optimal temperature for products like Slurpee machines and addressing various in-store maintenance needs. This is a leadership position that involves working with and training other technicians, managing inventory, prioritizing work orders, and overseeing company vehicle management.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lead teams, provide peer-to-peer Tech support, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Specialist in HVAC/R repair with additional responsibilities for the maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment
• Leadership role working with all Tech I & II positions, including training
• Management of inventory, workorders, call priority, and company vehicle management
